The campaign "#Readyforme" was inspired by one's move from a small town to the big city; it can quickly become overwhelming with busy schedules. There is less time dedicated to oneself and one's health.
Balancing a social life and an academic career is challenging, however, there is an additional layer of pressure with a longer list of responsibilities such as family and a professional career. This group of women deserve to be motivated to engage with their heath while having the benefit of community and family.

During a three-year tenure at the University of Westminster, Adaeze has discovered a genuine affinity for seeking usable insight from numbers and data to create a meaningful message.
The past few years have instilled the desire in her to expand her knowledge on persuasion and resonating with an audience. She hopes to continue her studies in this field with a postgraduate degree.
