“Own Your Period” is a campaign for the menstrual cup brand Organicup, aiming to remove period stigma and address the problem of mental health-related issues resulting from body dissatisfaction, many young females in the UK are experiencing. The campaign empowers young females by creating positive narratives around menstrual health, focusing on developing a safe environment which places their mental and physical health at its core.
Adriana Vartaci is a driven individual with a strong interest in feminism and social change.
